Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.

AI-assisted BOM analysis: when a Studio subscriber requests an AI sourcing briefing, the part numbers, quantities, and distributor availability data from that Bill of Materials are transmitted to Anthropic PBC, our AI processing provider, solely to generate the written analysis returned to that subscriber. No account credentials, payment details, or contact information are included. Briefings are generated on demand — not by default — and the resulting text is stored on our own infrastructure alongside the analysis. AI output is decision support only: it is generated from live distributor data, may contain errors, and should be reviewed before acting on it.
To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
