Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.
- Amendment 1 · Effective July 18, 2026
The technical data provisions of this policy are supplemented as follows: we collect first-party site analytics — pages visited, the referring page, and a temporary session identifier held only in browser memory (no cookies or persistent identifiers) — stored on our own infrastructure solely to understand and improve site usage, and never shared with third-party advertising or analytics providers.
- Amendment 2 · Effective July 23, 2026
Service providers and processing disclosures are updated as follows. (a) Eligibility: accounts are restricted to users aged 18 or older; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and any such account will be closed and its data deleted on discovery. (b) Subprocessors: in addition to our cloud hosting and payment providers, we use Anthropic PBC for optional AI-generated BOM analysis and Resend for transactional email notifications. (c) Platform activity records: to operate and secure the service we record account events, part searches, distributor click-throughs, and listing impressions, retained in an append-only log; these support security, billing accuracy, and aggregate reporting to distribution partners. Reporting shared with distributors is aggregated and does not identify individual users. (d) Team accounts: where a Studio subscriber adds team members, the account owner can see that those members belong to the workspace.
To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
