Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.
- Amendment 1 · Effective July 23, 2026
Eligibility: the platform is intended for business and professional use and is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be terminated and the associated data deleted.
- Amendment 2 · Effective July 23, 2026
AI-generated analysis: Studio subscribers may request AI-generated BOM sourcing briefings. These are produced automatically from live distributor data and are provided as decision support only. They may contain errors or omissions, do not guarantee component availability, pricing, authenticity, or lead times, and should be independently verified before any procurement decision. RSG is not liable for decisions made in reliance on automated or AI-generated output.
- Amendment 3 · Effective July 23, 2026
Plans and fair use: the free tier is limited to a set number of searches per calendar month. Paid plans provide unlimited individual searching for normal business use; automated scraping, resale or redistribution of distributor data, or sharing a single-seat account across multiple users is prohibited and may result in suspension. Studio team seats are limited to the seat count stated on the plan.
To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
